Terms of Service

Effective September 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of Replify AI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. The service

Replify AI connects to Google Business Profile through Google's official APIs to sync reviews, generate reply drafts with AI, and post replies according to rules and approvals you configure.

2. Accounts and organizations

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • Organization owners control membership and roles. Owners and admins are responsible for the actions of members they invite.
  • You must be authorized to manage the business profiles you connect.

3. Your responsibilities for replies

  • You are responsible for every reply posted from your organization, whether written by a person or drafted by AI and posted automatically under your rules.
  • AI drafts can be wrong. Review your rules, restrictions and auto-post thresholds, and use approval for sensitive reviews. You can pause all automatic posting at any time.
  • Replies must follow Google's review and content policies. Do not use Replify AI to post spam, promotions, harassment, or personal information about reviewers.

4. Google data

We access Google data only with your authorization and use it as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy including its Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect a Google account at any time; this deletes its tokens and synced data.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, deceptive or abusive use.
  • No attempts to access other organizations' data, probe or disrupt the service, or exceed Google API limits by circumventing our pacing.
  • No reverse engineering except where law allows it.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host and process it only to provide the service.

7. Third-party services

Replify AI depends on Google, AI providers and other infrastructure. Their availability, quotas and policy decisions (for example, reply moderation by Google) are outside our control.

8. Termination and deletion

You may stop using Replify AI and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After deletion, data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for replies posted from your organization. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and notify owners of material changes by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
